Who publishes this site?
ilovecaptcha.com is published by the ilovecaptcha project, which operates the domain and this content. Full publisher identification — legal name, status and registration details where applicable — will be published on this page before the API opens to the public and before any commercial relationship exists. Until then the site is a holding page: it sells nothing, takes no order and collects no personal data.
What data does this site collect?
None through the pages themselves. There is no cookie, no analytics, no advertising tag, no embedded font or script loaded from a third-party domain, and no form to fill in: every byte of these pages is served from ilovecaptcha.com. That is also why no consent banner appears — there is nothing to consent to. The only data recorded is the web server log described below.

What is kept in the server logs?
Standard web server entries, detailed below. Under the GDPR you may request access to, or erasure of, entries relating to you; the contact route for such requests opens with the service, as stated on the contact page.
- Recorded — IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status code, referrer and user agent.
- Purpose — security and troubleshooting only; never advertising, profiling, resale or transfer to a third party.
- Retention — rotated daily, kept for 14 days, then deleted.

The text, structure, stylesheet and images of this site are the property of the ilovecaptcha project, except where a third-party source is quoted. Quotations are reproduced with attribution and a link to the original document, as listed in the Sources section. Reproducing the pages as a whole without permission is not authorised; quoting a passage with a link back is.
